The oil soluble CuInS / ZnS quantum dot products produced by Ruixi biological Co., Ltd. are core-based CuInS, shell-based ZnS, and core-shell fluorescent nano materials with hydrophobic ligands on the surface. They can be customized to produce products of 530nm-750nm with any wavelength and different grams for customers. The product can be used in the fields of solar cells, light-emitting devices and bioluminescence labeling. This product is cadmium free quantum dot.
